Paris- The Love City

Paris is known as the city for romance, love, fresh baguettes and croissants and their many sweet desserts.

Who doesn’t want to go and visit the most famous monument the Eiffel Tower. It was built in 1889 for the world’s fair. It is one of the most visited monuments in the world. When you go to Paris you have to visit the Eiffel Tower starting on the first floor walk over the glass floor and sit out on the terrace. When you get up on the second floor you will get some great views of the Louvre, the Grans Palais, the Seine, Montmartre, Invalides and the Notre-Dame. Then of course nothing would be complete when you are on the second floor to go to the Michelin Star restaurant the Jules Verne and have some macaroons at their famous macaroon bar.

Paris is known as a fashion leader in her designs. Who doesn’t know of Louis Vuitton and Chanel, Hermes and L’Oréal for personal care. If you walk down the Avenue of Champs-Elysees, you will find just about anything imaginable. If you are into culture and history, there are 130 museums in Paris so rightly so it is called the city of museums.


A great way to see Paris is get on the Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus with the audio in 8 different languages describing the landmarks and history of Paris. Included in that tour is a one-hour cruise on the Seine River that weaves in and throughout Paris showing off her wonderful landmarks, picturesque squares and elegant boulevards.

If you are a Disney lover, then you need to check out the magic of Disney in Paris. Plus take in the Walt Disney Studio Park. Being in the city of love with the magic of Mickey it makes it very special.


The best way to see Paris is to just stroll the streets of Paris down along the waterfront of the Seine River. Many a famous paintings were painted along those riverbanks. It can make it special when you pick up a baguette, cheese and wine, then as you are strolling find a bench and enjoy the views with your fresh lunch. Then you can get the vibe of this cultural city and feel the love Paris has to offer.

So Paris is always seen in Travel magazines and moves with all of its world famous sights and its works of arts making it the most romantic city in the world to visit….
